Winter peak demand times:
- October 1 through May 31
- Monday - Friday from 5-9 a.m. and 5-9 p.m.
- Weekends are off peak from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday
Summer peak demand times:
- June 1 through September 30
- Monday - Friday from 2-8 p.m.
- Weekends are off-peak from 8 p.m. Friday to 2 p.m. Monday
The following holidays* are off peak:
- New Year’s Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Veterans’ Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
*Note: A holiday is considered off-peak on the day the holiday occurs. If a holiday falls on a weekend, the nearest Friday or Monday is NOT considered off-peak, regardless of local business practices for recognizing time off.
