In 2026 Black Hills Electric Cooperative will hold three elections at the 81st Annual Meeting on June 4th.
BHEC's Board of Directors are the member-owners voice. The board guides policy updates, approve budgets and make strategic decisions that impact the Cooperative's service, rates and reliability. Their goal is keeping BHEC strong, reliable and member-focused.
