Incumbents Re-Elected at Annual Meeting
At Black Hills Electric Cooperative’s 80th Annual Meeting, held on May 29, 2025, members voted to re-elect both incumbents in this year’s board elections. Jim Preston will continue serving on the board for the geographical region of Custer and Oglala Lakota counties, and Dave Lindblom will continue serving on the board for the Pennington, Lawrence, and Meade counties geographical regions. Each of these candidates secured the majority of the member votes at the meeting.
The meeting brought together co-op members, staff, and the board for an evening of updates, dinner, door prizes, and community connection. The re-election of the incumbents reflects continued member confidence in their leadership and commitment to the co-op’s mission. We thank all who attended and participated in this important democratic process.
